The Vostro Series of laptops is meant to cater especially to entrepreneurs and mobile professionals and is designed with that in mind. One of the main highlights of this series is a healthy 12 hours battery life, which is long enough for using the laptop without recharging for a long time, such as while flying long distances.
Powered by the latest Intel 2nd generation Core i Series processors, these laptops come with Full HD webcams and ambient noise reducing digital array microphone with voice enhancing technology SRS Premium Voice Pro software to enable the best-in-class video conferencing experience for businessmen. VoIP or video conferencing application can be instantly and conveniently launched at the press of a single customizable dashboard button.
One of the contributing factors to the extended battery life is the switchable graphics, which means that the laptop switches to low-power onboard graphics when there is no need to use the high-power discrete graphics, thus saving valuable battery power.
