AT&T to begin taking Atrix 4G pre-order beginning Feb 13thWell, AT&T has said that it will begin accepting pre-orders for Motorola Atrix 4G handset from Feb 13th onwards. Powered by 2×1 GHz dual core processor, Atrix turns into a working laptop with the help of a laptop dock accompanying it. And, even after it to have been changed into a laptop, users still can access the handset with the laptop dock itself.

Some of the other premier features of the device include AT&T mobile hotspot, Android 2.2 NVIDIA Tegra processor, and 4 inch qHD display. The handset is compatible with wireless carrier’s mobile edition U-verse TV application so as to let users enjoy TV-shows, live TV right on their handset without bothering for a  U-verse TV at all.

As per the pricing, the following is written over wireless carrier’s website.

“AT&T will offer two special packages for customers who choose to purchase ATRIX 4G in addition to these unique accessories. The first combines ATRIX 4G and the Motorola Laptop Dock for a promotional price of $499.99 after a two-year service contract and $100 mail-in-rebate after subscription to Data Pro smartphone data plan and tethering add on. Customers who choose to purchase the Motorola Laptop Dock separately pay $499.99.”

Further, AT&T has also floated an entertainment access kit for the buyers of Atrix 4G at pricing of $189.99. The kit contains Motorola HD Multimedia Dock, a Bluetooth keyboard, mouse and a remote control.
